Error description

• A queue manager with many XAResourceManager stanzas reports
  XC130004 FDC and fails to start.
  
  The XC130004 FDC reports a SIGSEGV and this function stack:

Local fix

Problem summary

• ****************************************************************
  USERS AFFECTED:
  This problem has only been reported from a queue manager with an
  extremely large number of XAResourceManager stanzas (over 80
  stanzas).
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  While parsing and validating the contents of the
  XAResourceManager stanzas in the qm.ini file, a pointer was used
  that was not certain to point to the right piece of memory.
  

Problem conclusion

• The programming error has been found and corrected.
  
  A note is added to the IBM MQ Knowledge Center mentioning that
  there is a hard limit of 255 on the allowed number of
  XAResourceManager stanzas. However, this is not a realistic
  scenario to attempt, and we do not recommend trying to configure
  a large number of stanzas. Only a small number of stanzas is
  expected. Only a small number of stanzas will give reasonable
  transaction performance.
