Error description

• DatabaseConnectionError after installing SUA and configuring a
  remote database.
  
  I see that the following expected properties are missing:

  is_localhost
  db2_instance_owner
  -----------------------
  
  These missing properties are sending down an unexpected code
  path when attempting to validate teh database.
  

Local fix

• Adding following parameters in database.yml
  
  -----------------------
  is_localhost: "0"
  db2_instance_owner: db2inst1
  -----------------------
  

Problem summary
