  When using IIOP, the browser client does not display the WebSEAL
  logout
  page.

Local fix

Problem summary

• When using the portal client through WebSEAL, clicking the
  "Logout" link does not display the WebSEAL logout page.  This
  only occurs when using the browser version of the portal client.
  
  In order for this APAR to be properly implemented in your
  environment, a new client property has been added.  See the
  "Install Actions" section of the APAR conclusion for more
  details.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added ability to specify the WebSEAL logout URL.

  The following property can be added to the portal client's
  applet.html file located on the portal server machine:
  
  Property: webseal.logout.url
  Value: URL of WebSEAL logout page, ex.
  http://<hostname>/pkmslogout
