IV67072: NESTED JOB PLAN DESCRIPTION DOES NOT GET COPIED TO THE CHILD WORK ORDER'S DESCRIPTION FIELD

Error description

• For a work order having nested job plans, when child work
  orders are generated, the job plan description does not get
  copied to the child work order's description field.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Create 2 new jobplans 'JP1' and 'JP2' with descriptions.
  2. Create on jobplan task for 'JP1' and select 'JP2' as a
  nested jobplan
  3. Active JP1 and JP2
  4. Create new workorder, leave description empty
  5. Select JP1 for jobplan in wo from step 4.
  
  ** You will see that JP1's description is copied to wo but JP2's
  description is not copied to child workorder.
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  nested jobplan's description is not being copied to child wo's
  description
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  nested jobplan's description to be copied to child wo's
  description
