  Problem Details:
  Clone of Application Bill Batch does not test the status change
  of the bill bacth lines
  
  It was always present, there are no customisations on the
  system.
  
  Duplicate the application Customer Billing (PLUSPBILL)
  Application "Application Designer"
   search for the application PLUSPBILL
   Select/Action and then duplicate the application.
  
  Create a Bill with Batch lines
  Application "Work order tracking":
   Create a Work order with the hours for a customer A
  Application "Customer Billing":
   Create a Bill Batch for this customer A
   Copy the WO on this Bill Batch (using the button "Copy WOs,
  Tickets,
  and SOs")
   Change the status of the Bill Batch BILLED to attempt to change
  the
  status of a line (using the button "Change status" of the line)
  On the original application (Customer Billing): Display of an
  error message:
  
  
  BMXAQ0192E - You cannot change the bill line status when the
  bill batch status is billed
  
  
  On application being cloned: No error, display the dialog box
  for change of status
  
  
  
  -what is the impact of the problem?
  Billing Process unreliable.
  
  Steps to replicate:  Tested & replicated the issue in a test
  environment.
  
  
  1.Clone the application: "Customer Billing" (PLUSPBILL) in
  Application Designer
  
  
  Go to -> System configuration -> Platform configuration ->
  Application  Designer
  
  
  
  2.Search for the application: PLUSPBILL and open it
  
  3. Go to -> Select Action and select "Duplicate Application
  Definition" for the application.
  
  
  4. Go to Work Order Traking and create a new WO for & add a
  "Customer"
  
  5. In the Plans tab go to Material tab and add 2 lines. "Apply
  Customer
  Agreement" from "Select Action"
  
  6. Save the WO -> Approve it then change the status to Completed
  
  7. Go to Servie Provider -> Customer Billing (the original
  application) and create a Bill Batch for the same Customer as
  the WO
  
  
  8. Copy the WO on this Bill Batch (using the button "Copy WOs,
  Tickets,and SOs")
  
  
  9. Change the Status of the Bill Batch to "PreBilled"
  
  10. Try to change the Status of the Bill Batch line
  
  Error message is displayed:
  
  
  "BMXAQ0192E - You cannot change the bill line status when the
  bill batch status is prebilled"
  
  
  If you perform the same steps from 8. to 12. using the same WO
  but in the Duplicate Customer Billing application, the error
  does not appear.
