Error description

• 1. Enable "Automatically create usage documents for new
  reservations "
  on Inventory Defaults.
  
  2. Identify active Inventory lotted item that do not have any
  current
  balance rows. - I used demo data 11453
  
  3. Create new internal PO in Purchase Orders application to
  transfer
  item from store room identified in step 2 - I created internal
  PO 1104
  
  4. Save and Approve PO
  
  5. received error: BMXAA4195E - The To Lot field requires a
  value.
  
  Expected results: System should allow PO to be approved and
  necessary
  reservations for PO to be created; required inventory usage
  records
  needs to be created
