  Environment:
  MDM: TWS 8.6.0 + FP0002 (64bit) on Windows 2008 R2
  
  Problem Description:
  1. "r11xtr -m 0914" returns the following error.
  
  > r11xtr -m 0914
  AWSJCS011E An internal error has occurred. The error is the
  following: "start > end (Thu Jul 01 09:00:00 JST 2021 > Wed Jun
  30 09:00:00 JST 2021)"
  
  2. Error occurs for other month also.
