APAR status

Error description

  • Parameters valued into actionEvents are not well expanded
(replaced with blanks) if the name of the event contains the
 and the parameter does not contains any value (as
an example, on Timeout actions, one of the parameters has not
been valued because the event has not been triggered)

Local fix

  • do not use "-" into EventNames

Problem summary

  • If the name of the event condition in event rule action
defintion contains a - character and has no value associated,
the variable is not properly resolved (to null string) and thsi
causes associated action to fail or not work properly.

Problem conclusion

  • The apar will be fixed in TWS 8.6 fp05, TWS 9.1 fp02, TWS 9.2
fp02
