    ABSTRACT:             Workspace Gallery sequence change fails
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    In environments having more than one version of the same agent,
    the
    Workspace Gallery feature may not allow workspace order to be
    changed or
    it may only allow some workspaces to be swapped but even then
    the final
    order may not be as specified.
    
    RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS:
    1-Install customer provided nodestatus and saveexport data.
    2-Navigate to the following Navigator node:
    IBMSAP1V9
      mySAP Agent
        PP1-ps3181:mySAP
          RDX-PS3181_RDX_20:Ins
            CCMS Monitoring
    3-Open the Workspace Gallery from the View menu
    4-Drag and drop the right-most thumbnail image onto the
    left-most one
      Observe that the order remains unchanged

Problem summary

  • The portal client Workspace Gallery dialog reordering feature
    fails when multiple versions of workspaces exist.
    
    
    In environments having more than one version of the same agent,
    the portal client Workspace Gallery dialog may not allow
    workspace order to be changed or it may allow some workspaces to
    be swapped but the final order still may not be as specified.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The Workspace Gallery dialog logic was changed to correctly
    handle multiple workspace versions for the same Navigator node.
    
    The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
    packages:
