  Cannot delete Telematics code
  Once telematics code is created and saved; It cannot be deleted
  from application screen.
  
  It is giving the attached validation error message.
  
  
  Steps to replicate: Maximo Support tean reproduced on first time
  use.
  
  
  Above environment is TPAE 7502 with Transportation 7500
  
  From Maximo Start Centre, Go To Menu, select Data Import module
  -
  Telemetrics Codes (TR)
  
  Click New Row button in Telemetrics Codes section.
  
  Click New Row button in Actions For Telemetrics Code TEST2
  
  Description: This is a test
  Action: UPDMETER
  Type: METER
  Meter Name: HEAD LOSS2
  
  Save record
  
  Action for Telematics Code TEST2
  
  *1. SAVE button is disabled even though Telematics code and
  corresponding action information is entered for first time.
  
  *Note. This issue of Save is ready only in Telematic Code (TR)
  when there isn't records in the app,  is to be logged as a
  separate APAR issue.
  
  
  a. When User access this application for first time and creates
  telematics code and corresponding action. While User tries to
  SAVE , button is disabled.
  
  
  b. When user clicks somewhere to  go off from this application,
  then  system asks for saving; and that's how save is happening
  now.
  
  
  c. This happens only for 1st code. When user re-enters this
  application  after successful save of 1st code; 2nd time onward
  system enables SAVE button.
  
  
  2. Cannot delete Telematics code
  Once telematics code is created and saved; It cannot be deleted
  from application screen. It is giving below validation error
  message.
  
  
  "BMXAL0380E - Every telematics code must have at least one
  action associated with it."
  
  
  3. Even though template is deleted from action, its
  corresponding entry in database is not getting deleted.
