  The customer reported an issue that the GLF probe reread the
  target log file from beginning which result in same alarms
  sent to Objectserver again.
  
  Investigation found a defect in the probe code, where for
  whatever reason when the probe failure to open the target
  file,by the next successful attempt, the probe start over
  from the beginning of the target log file.
