IV63019: WHEN DELETE PRIMARY ASSET IN MOVE/MODIFY DIALOG, THE ASSET FIELD IN MAIN WO IS NOT CLEARED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When delete primary Asset in move/modify dialog, the asset
  field in main wo is not cleared therefore if we make a small
  change in the record,  the asset that was removed magically
  reappears.
  ENVIRONMENT:

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  Step 1. Create a new change
  Step 2. Add asset TEST6 and save it.
  Step 3. From More Action Menu click on Move/Swap/Modify
  Step 4. From More action Menu click on Move/Swap/Modify and
  Notice TEST6 entry (I highlighted in Yellow)
  Step 5. Click on Delete button and then Save as Plan
  Step 6. From More action Menu click on Move/Swap/Modify again
  Notice TEST6 asset is gone from MULTIASSETLOCCI.ASSETNUM (you
  can run SQL and it is not in database either)
  Customer thinks that user should not be allowed to delete
  primary target Asset. What do you think? See next step for more
  bizarre behavior
  Step 7. Now see what will happens if we make a small change
  this record , as a test I will change detail field
  Step 8. From More action Menu click on Move/Swap/Modify again
  notice our deleted value TEST6 is back.
  Customer is confused with this behavior, can you explain the
  logic
