Error description

  • If you remove messages files from a Dashboard Resource Bundle
JAR or, alternatively, remove the whole Dashboard Resource
Bundle JAR and then synchronize the profile with a WSRR server,
the changes cannot be committed to the server. When you click
Commit To Server, you may see the following message that says
that no resources have been selected.

USERS AFFECTED:
Users of WSRR Studio 8.5 who wish to synchronize the contents of
their configuration profile project with a WSRR server.

****************************************************************
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When using the WSRR Synchronization view, if you try to commit
files of type Dashboard Resource Bundle JAR to the server, or if
you use the "Commit to server" operation to delete a Dashboard
Resource Bundle JAR from the server, the commit operation fails.
When you click "Commit to server", you see a message that
incorrectly indicates that no resources have been selected and
the commit wizard is empty.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Fixed a defect that caused Dashboard Resource JAR files to be
incorrectly omitted from the list of resources to commit to the
server.

This fix is targeted for WSRR Studio 8.5.0.1.
