IV62697: COSTS NOT BEING CALCULATED WHEN HAVING A CU LIBRARY WITHOUT ASSET CODE.

APAR status

Error description

• Costs not being calculated when having a cu library without
  asset code.
  
  Steps to reproduce
  
  1) Create a CU in CU Library having planned labors (CULabor)
  
  2) Create another CU in CU Library, now not having any planned
  resources, but having Asset and Plant codes (CUCode)
  
  3) Approve both CU's
  
  4) Create another CU ((CUParent)), having as children the
  CULabor and CUCode. For CU Code, fill up the a FERC filter,
  example: O
  
  5) Approve this last CU
  
  6) Go to the organizations Tnd - Actions menu - TnD Options and
  make sure that both variables are set to true
  
  7) Create an estimate on CU Estimate app, having one version
  with the FERC filter set as the same from CU Library, in this
  case, O
  
  8) Create one station and associate the CUParent to this
  station. At the end, perform an estimation.
  
  9) Run the following queries in the database to confirm,
  replacing the requestnum by the estimation number created:
  
  10)Perform the following query in the database:
  select parentcuname, cuname, assetcode, plantacct, capital,
  linecost, processcode, RECORDTYPE from plusdestdetail where
  requestnum=<REQUEST NUMBER>;
  
  Result: asset and plant code attributes will be blank in some
  records.
  
  11)Perform the following query in the database:
  select plantacct, assetcode, assetqty, lbrcostin, lbrcostout,
  servicecost, toolcostin, toolcostout, matlcostout, matlcostin,
  ldgcost from plusdacgdetail where requestnum=<REQUET NUMBER>;
  Result: Cost columns with no cost associated.
  
  Expected Result: In this scenario, the costs should be set in
  the PLUSDACGDETAIL table.
