IV62696: PR/PO LINE REVISION RELATED RECORDS NOT CLEARED

Error description

• Problem Title:  7506 PR/PO line Revision Related records not
  cleared
  
  TPAE 506

  Problem Details:
  
  When revising a PO, deleting the line and adding a new one
  results in both PRs referencing the same PO Line.
  
  
  The PO still says it references the original PR - however this
  appears to just be a relationship issue not taking into account
  the PO Revision Num, fixing this does not fix the issue of the
  first PR not being  cleared correctly.
  
  This has been replicated in a 7.5.0.5 and 7.5.0.6 system
  
  
  ) PRs that have had their lines removed from POs are still
  showing that they are attached to POs so are not being picked up
   by the users to be assigned to new ones.
  
  Steps to replicate:  Reproduced in-house on TPAE 7506
  environment :
  
  
  1. Create a new PR and Approve it

  Vendor: ATI-R

  Storeroom: Central
  
  2. Create a new PO and use the Copy PR Line Items to PO menu
  action
  3. Approve the PO (revision 0)

  4. Create a second PR and Approve it

  Item: 0-0031
  Conversion: 1.00
  Unit Cost: 2.00
  Storeroom: Central
  
  5. Go back to your PO and revise it
  
  
  6. Click the Trash Can on the existing line to cause the strike
  through
  7. Use the select action menu Copy PR Line Items to PO and
  select your
  second PR
  
  
  8. Approve the revision
  
  If you now go to the first PR you will see the Related records
  fields
  have not been cleared.
