IV62284: LOAD CONFIG FAILURE IN POWERVM CAPACITY PLANNER WITH NULLPOINTER EXCEPTION.

Error description

• In the Planning -Center screen of the PowerVM Capacity
  Planner, when clicked on the Load-Config to load the latest
  configuration data for managed systems and logical partitions,
  the Load-config would run for sometime and then fail by
  throwing a java  NullPointer Exception Error
  

Local fix

Problem summary

•  LOAD CONFIG fails in Capacity Planner- PowerVM with Null
  Pointer exception.
  

Problem conclusion

• When there are no Linux /Aix LPARs in the ITM itself, then
  fetching of 'datasource' details on REST provider will not have
  those information which results in null pointer exception.
  
  Due to this the systemp loader fails to load other LPAR which
  are available in the ITM.
  
  The null pointer exception is handled in SystemPLoader and would
  not be propagated to UI and so the rest of the loading of the
  LPARs will continue.
