IV61849: MULTIPLE DEFAULT BILL TO SHIP TO

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Client adds Ship To addresses on a weekly basis. We noticed that
  in
  their system there are many marked as default Ship To and Bill
  To. This
  surprised us since we believed you could only have one default
  Ship To
  and Bill to address. After investigation we discovered the issue
  is due
  to the following steps being performed.
  1) In the Organization application, enter a new address on the
  address
  tab.
  2) Go to the Sites tab, open the filter and search for the
  address you
  just created. Maximo will return no results.
  
  Instructed by L3 to create APAR.
