APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Impact 611 FP1 install fails when installing on GA 611, which
  has been first upgraded from Impact 610. It appears that DE is
  still showing the "ImpactCommon_Install" listing as 6.1.0,
  which is the likely cause of the current upgrade failures.
  

Local fix

• L3/Dev will be working on a fix that should be included in the
  next re-release of FP01 for 6.1.1

  * Per the 6.1.1.0 Doc, Clients are supposed to apply the       *
  * latest Impact Fix Pack maintenance on an Impact 6.1.0.x (in  *
  * this case Fix Pack 1), prior to upgrading to 6.1.1.0.        *
  * However, after the upgrade to Impact 6.1.1.0, the Impact     *
  * 6.1.1 FP1 installer fails to detect that Impact has been     *
  * installed and therefore, will not allow the Fix Pack 1 to    *
  * install.                                                     *

  * Contact support to get instructions to correct the Impact    *
  * 6.1.1 Fix Pack 1 installer or apply Impact 6.1.1 Fix Pack 2  *

  The Impact 6.1.1 installer logic, used in the upgrade process,
  incorrectly referenced a mimimum version level (of 6.1.1.0
  instead of 6.1.0.0).
