  • When running the launchpad on a server without a browser, the
    following messge is output(noBrowser.htnl) :

    This all applicable to TBSM 6.1.1, not Impact 6.1.1
    

Local fix

  • If something other that an Impact install is needed, toolkit,
    migration tool, Db2 schema, the TBSM install image is needed

Problem conclusion

  • It dose mean "Download the TBSM install image and Run Installers
    Manually"
    
    Fixed in Impact 6.1.1 FP02 Administration Guide.
