APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Setup:
  - Create a Job Plan with Template Type set to Activity and
  Duration field filled, add one or more tasks with Duration
  filled as well.
  - Save it and change its status to Active.
  - Create another Job Plan with Template Type set to Activity
  and Duration field filled, add one task and input the first
  created Job Plan as Nested Job Plan and fill the Duration field.
  - Save this parent Job Plan and chage its status to Active.
  
  Reproduction:
  - Open Work Order Tracking application and create a new Work
  Order.
  - Choose the created parent Job Plan in the Job Plan field and
  save the Work Order.
  - Use Select Action -> Remove Work Plan to clear the Job Plan.
  - A dialog pops up asking if you want to delete the children as
  well, click Yes.
  
  Result:
  An error message is displayed saying that another user updated
  a related Work Order.
  
  Expected:
  Job Plan is cleared and children Work Order is deleted.
