Error description
Due to possible hardware limitations, it has been seen that on some servers the install of Impact 6.1.1 will fail on the StartWAS step of the server install. This is due to one or more of the ports the installer is waiting for WAS to open during server startup to never become available/open, resulting is a installer timeout similar to : The MachinePlan_Localhost.log shows that the error occurs right install step to Start WAS, ie IAGLOBAL_COI_STEP_StartWAS_ImpactProfile in this case : Caused by: /opt/IBM/tivoli/impact/_uninst/IMPACTInstall611/plan/install/Mac hinePlan _localhost/00001_IAGLOBAL_COI_STEP_StartWAS_ImpactProfile/IAGLOB AL_COI_S TEP_StartWAS_ImpactProfile.xml:217: condition satisfied at org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.Exit.execute(Exit.java:142)

The proposed change is to add sleep step in the StartWAS.xml, StopWAS.xml, StartWAS_impact.xml and StopWAS_impact.xml files before and after starting the WAS server. A technote will be opened.
