Closed as program error.

Error description

This is reproducible on Windows Server 2012, it does not happen
on
Windows Server 2008. Install the Dynamic Agent V9.1 GA or V9.1
FP1 on
Windows Server 2012. Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1
Redistributable Package (x64) for 64-bit MSVCR90.dll (it is
required,
but is not installed with TWS V9.1, which violates Microsoft
packaging
guidelines, which require C++ redistributable requirements be
packaged
by the application, and not made available through
%SystemRoot%).
Source in TWS environment with twa_env.cmd.

All error dialog text in following was copied from dialog by
pressing
Control-c while dialog was in foreground. Running the command
param.exe
that is in TWShome\TWS\CLI\bin\param.exe returns the following
error
dialog

Clicking the OK button returns another error dialog:

Substituting the param.exe from V9.2 and trying to run it
returns the following error instead:

The issue does not reproduce in V9.2. The only known workaround
is to uninstall the agent, then reinstall with V9.2.
