Error description

  • N/A is displayed for both IPV4 and IPV6 addresses in SimpleSRM
    on TSAM 7244.
    .
    In SimpleSRM Projects offering, Server view, select VM, click on
    IP Address tab.  The IP address for the VM says "N/A".

    This issue occurs in both FF and IE in two places:
    
    1) Under the Manage Projects => Server view => Click IP Address
    tab
    
    2) Under the Manage Servers => select a server => Click IP
    Address tab
