Error description

  • Load scope command reads a file of elements that need to be
    added to the scope set.  Third parm on the line is a
    description.  This parm currently does not accept the "&"
    character.  This DOC APAR is to document special character
    limitation for the Description parameter.

  • Do not use "&" character in the Description field.
