Error description

• If you take a data type and edit it to remove a field and then
  re-order the remaining fields, after saving and re-opening the
  data type the fileds are not the same as when it was saved.
  
  The deleted field can be resurrected and another feild can be
  missing. Plus the remaining fields are not in the order when
  saved.
  

Local fix

• Make changes one at a time.  Re-order first.  Save.  Then
  delete required fields.
