Error description

• tacmd updateagent fails.  tacmd getdeploystatus returns the
  following
  eg. :

  Version        : 063002000
  Error Message  : KDY0005E: The component ax is not installed on
  esix200.
  The Agent ux bundle requires that this component be present for
  the
  installation to proceed. Agent installation or upgrade requires
  that
  certain prerequisite packages be installed prior to the Agent
  installation. Check the target machine and TEMS to make sure
  component
  is installed.
  
  
  TEMS RAS1 trace will show the following message:

  ist")
  KFA_GetAccessListNodes returned error 60 for dummysit

Problem summary

• The following message is issued:
  kpxreqds.cpp,1135,"determineTargetsFromAccessList"
  KFA_GetAccessListNodes returned error 60 for dummysit" when a
  tacmd getdeploystatus command is issued.
  
  
  When a "tacmd updateagent" command is issued, the command is
  reported as FAILED with the Error Message "KDY0005E: The
  component ax is not installed on <system>." and the monitoring
  server RAS1 log file contains the following message:
  
  kpxreqds.cpp,1135,"determineTargetsFromAccessList"
  KFA_GetAccessListNodes returned error 60 for dummysit"
  

Problem conclusion

• The KFA_GetAccessListNodes() function incorrectly returns a
  status of 60 when a records not found condition occurs.  The
  code has been changed to return the correct value.
