Error description
In 7.5.0.1 and above, App/library changes should be propagated to all nodes (JVMs) in a cluster without needing to restart the maximo servers. Client believes that this should also be the case for previous versions of Maximo 711 (7.1.1.8). APAR approved by Mike S. to be back ported to clients version.
