  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  APAR IV38416 changed the behaviour of the WSRR Web UI so that
  read-only properties are always displayed during object
  creation. While this was a defect fix it emerged that the
  previous behaviour was being used by some users of WSRR to hide
  non-optional properties on object creation panels. Once IV38416
  (which was included in WSRR V8.0.0.2) was applied, those
  properties became visible, which was unwanted.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR will allow users to configure they type of behaviour
  they want. By default the behaviour will be the same as prior to
  IV38416 - read-only properties are hidden during object
  creation. However the new APAR allows for the IV38416 behaviour
  (read-only properties are visible during object creation) to be
  explicitly turned on, through a user configuration item in the
