Error description
When removing Tivoli Portal Navigator tabs out of order from right to left, it causes a "Rebuilding View" message in the navigator view. This rebuilding view message cannot be cleared and the incorrect workspace is shown and in operable in the tivoli portal. The only work around is to restart the tivoli portal client.

Restart the tivoli portal client
Problem summary
The portal client displays the 'KFWITM080I Rebuilding View...' message in the Navigator pane when any but the rightmost tab is removed. The Navigator pane becomes inoperable until the portal client is restarted. This behavior is only seen when using Java version 1.6 or above.
Problem conclusion
The logic was changed to function correctly across all Java versions. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | fix pack | 6.3.0-TIV-ITM-FP0003
