Error description

Scenario: Omnibus 740 is configured to use LDAP to externally
authenticate user accounts. In the ldap.props there are defined
two LDAP hosts.
The point of this scenario was to mimic one of the LDAP servers
failing to confirm logins still work.

The problem appears to be related to whether a hostname or an
ip address is used.  If a hostname is used the following
hostnames are processed.
If an ip address is used then a failure occurs on the first ip
( eg, incorrect or the box is down), no other ip's are used.

Local fix

Use hostnames instead of IP addresses in the ldap.props
