  Processor attribute group triggeres if run before the second
  data collection.

Local fix

Problem summary

• A situation based on the "% Idle Used" attribute in the "KR6 SMA
   Processor" attribute group triggers erroneously at startup.
  

Problem conclusion

• The "% Idle Used" attribute value is based on the calculation of
   several attributes which are defined as SNMP Counter values.
  These values can grow over time, so the code calculates the
  delta from the current collected value with the previously
  collected value.  If the situation runs at startup before the
  second data collection, the attribute would be set to 0 and the
  situation would trigger.   Code has been updated to handle this
  condition correctly.
  
  This only affects the Agentless Monitor Solaris when configured
  with the Connection Type of "SNMP (System Management Agent)".
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
