Error description

• A situation based on the attribute CPU Used Pct in the
  Processor attribute group triggers erroneously at start-up.

Local fix

Problem summary

• Situation based on "% CPU Used" attribute triggers erroneously
  at startup.
  
  
  A situation based on the "% CPU Used" attribute in the "KR6 SMA
  Processor" attribute group triggers erroneously at startup.
  

Problem conclusion

• The "% CPU Used" attribute value is based on the calculation of
  several attributes which are defined as SNMP Counter values.
  These values can grow over time, so the code calculates the
  delta from the current value with the previous one.  At agent
  startup, if the situation runs before the second data
  collection, the attribute value would be set to 100 and the
  situation would trigger. Code has been updated to handle this
  condition correctly.
  
  This only affects the Monitoring Agent for Agentless Solaris OS
  when configured with the Connection Type of "SNMP (System
  Management Agent)".
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
