Error description

  • This is same issue as PMR35257,000,672. When edit widget, some
fields selected will lost randomly after saving.

The problem was already identified and fixed by defect 198696 in
ITM6.3 and above.

Problem summary


    

  • While editing a widget in Dashboard Application Services Hub,
some values get lost randomly after saving.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The problem was fixed by changing the handling of new line
characters in the dashboard data provider.
