All users of WebSphere Service Registry and Repository v7.5

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
When performing a transition via the Governance Tab in the web
UI, if a Governance Policy Validator failure occurs the UI
returns an HTTP 500 error rather than showing the message from
the validator which could provide the user with an explanation
for why the failure occurred and what they would need to do to
correct the situation.

Problem conclusion

  • The UI was changed to allow Governance Policy validation
failures to be presented to the user.

This fix is targeted for inclusion in WSRR v7.5.0.4.
