  • Environment: IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.2.3 OS Agents Cognos
    Reports
    Problem Description: "Enterprise Summary Report" can fail when
    there aren't at the same time data for Windows, Linux and Unix
    machines.

Problem summary

  • The Enterprise Summary report can fail when there is not data
    for all platforms (Windows, Linux and UNIX).
    

Problem conclusion

  • Queries have been changed to tolerate when platform-specific
    data is missing in the database.
    
    
    The fix for this APAR is going to be included in the following
    maintenance vehicle:

Temporary fix

  • Enable data collection for all platforms (UNIX, Linux and
