**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: All users of WebSphere Service Registry and Repository Server Version 7.5.0 and 8.0.0 **************************************************************** PROBLEM SUMMARY: When using an Oracle database and attempting to view WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) policy data in the Business Space Service Registry Operational Policy Enforcement Overview widget, no data is displayed and the following errors are seen in the widget: No policy data available: Error: Unable to load /ServiceRegistryFeeds/WSRR/V.R/policyanalytics/WMB/ACCNTSTAT/pol icydatabytopmost?startdate=YYYY-MM-DDT00%3A00%3A00%2B01%3A00&end date=YYYY-MM-DDT23%3A59%3A59%2B00%3A00&dojo.preventCache=1352735 078828 status:404. No policy data available: Error: Unable to load /ServiceRegistryFeeds/WSRR/V.R/policyanalytics/WMB/ACCNTSTAT/pol icydatabytopmost?topx=5&byactual=true&byfailing=true&startdate=Y YYY-MM-DDT00%3A00%3A00%2B01%3A00&enddate=YYYY-MM-DDT23%3A59%3A59 %2B00%3A00&dojo.preventCache=1352735079516 status:404. where V.R is 7.5 or 8.0 depending on the version used and the YYYY-MM-DD dates depend on the widget settings. Additionally the following error is reported in the the SystemOut.log: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended
Problem conclusion
The SQL which queries the database to retrieve the WMB policy data has been corrected for use against an Oracle database. This fix is targeted at WSRR v7.5.0.3 and v8.0.0.2.
