When using various views to show resources, the behaviour of
customize columns and reset columns varies in a non-obvious
    manner.

The preferences are not always stored with the expected
connection state and a user starting CICS Explorer may not find
the columns they expect. Changing to a new connection or
disconnecting may also provide unexpected columns.
Reset columns behaviour also varied depending on previous
changes to the connection or state.

Problem conclusion

  • The reset columns behaviour is now persistent. When connected it
will reset columns to the ones at disconnected state.
When disconnected it will reset columns to those preset in CICS
    Explorer.
Column customization is now stored at the point of change to
ensure it will restore as expected.

This fix will be available in the next CICS Explorer 1.1 and
    1.1.1 fix packs.
