Error description

• Message KFAST003 is being issued with status code of 0 when it
  exceeds
  the maximum length of 221.  Status code should be non-zero.
  
  RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS:
  Create a take action that is greater than 221 characters and
  when it
  trips it should show the error:
  
  (0000-CEAD5B1B:kglmsbm.c,240,"BuildText") parameter 1 would
  cause
  message KFAST003  to exceed maximum length.

Local fix

Problem summary

• When a MSG2 log message is too long due to the length of
  substitution variable values, a trace message is written to the
  RAS1 log to indicate this problem.  The message indicates a
  status of zero.

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to display the correct status code in
  the RAS1 message.
