Navigator widget issues when using Internet Explorer 8 The black background issue in the navigator widget is caused by a problem with IE8 that is not handled/worked around by the diagram rendering code utilised by the navigator widget.

Problem summary
The Navigator widget shown by default in the 'Browse' tab of the Business Space UI does not display correctly if using Microsoft's Internet Explorer 8 browser. The behaviour is variable, but typically symptoms include: - A black background color making the black icon text invisible. - The widget has a white background, but is otherwise empty when it should be displaying a diagram.
Problem conclusion
The code component that renders the diagram has been updated to resolve rendering problems within Internet Explorer 8. This fix is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 3 for WSRR v7.5.
