  • task display names are null after migration from WPS 6.0 in the
BPC explorer

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • After migration from 6.0.* task instances that existed in the
system before migration show wrong descriptions or task display
names.
E.g. "MyProcess$MyProcessTask23" where "Request" would be
expected in "task administered by me". The task details may
nevertheless show the display name correctly.
Task instances that were only created after migration always
behave correctly.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • planned for inclusion in WebSphere Process Server 7.0.0 Fixpack
5 (no forward routing of this APAR, since there is no migration
path from 6.0.x to versions higher than 7.0.x)
