APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If you unload the ipconfig subagent after it's been accessed and
  then shutdown or cold boot the SSM crash. This only occurs on
  Solaris.
  

Local fix

• Avoid unloading the ipconfig subagent.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The solaris implementation of ipconfig retrieved some        *
  * information from a System based global variable. It seems    *
  * that the storage for the Global may have lived in the        *
  * address space of the module itself and clean up was          *
  * occurring after the module was unloaded. This lead to the    *
  * SSM crashing.                                                *

  * Update to SSM Fix Pack 13.                                   *

Problem conclusion

• Used different system calls to get the same information that do
  not use global variables but rather locally allocated ones.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
