Problem summary

• PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The destructor for a thrown object may be called too early if
  there is a lexical block and return statement inside a catch
  block.
  
  USERS AFFECTED:
  The problem may be seen when there is a lexical block inside a
  catch block which has its own return statement.  The destructor
  for the thown object might be called before the return
  statement, or called more than once.
