Local fix

Problem summary

  • Non latin characters in configuration item names were not being
correctly encoded in the configuration.properties file within
the profile. This prevents WSRR from finding the configuration
    item.

Problem conclusion

  • The code was modified to correctly encode non-latin characters
    in the configuration.properties.

This fix is expected to be available in WSRR v7.5.0.2
