APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• itmcmd agent -o instance -f stop bn stops the wrong agent
  instance when cinfo reports that instance as "process not
  running".

Local fix

• cinfo -R before attempting to stop an agent instance
  

Problem summary

• Command "itmcmd agent -o <INSTANCE> stop bn" can stop the wrong
  instance.  For example, when multiple instances (inst1, inst2)
  of the bn agent are started and inst2 terminates, the "itmcmd
  agent -o inst2 stop bn" may stop inst1 instead.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was fixed to only stop the instance specified.
