ABSTRACT: Disable node multi select for override
    editor
    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

The ability to multi select nodes in the Tivoli Enterprise
Portal override editor navigator tree should be disabled. While
the editor tree allows you to multi select nodes there is no
support in the cooresponding panels for setting overrides to
more than one node at a time. The documentation for this panel
also needs to be updated to reflect this.

                                          LZ_INSTANCE3

Create situation under Angetless Linux OS group
    Set distribution to MSL (IBM_RLINUXOS)
    Open Overrides windows
Expand tree on LHS to see the 3 instances created above.
Select ALL of the instances (1 through 3)
Note - 1st is BLUE, remainder have a BOX around them
Modify the value creating the override
    APPLY the change
Now SELECT ONLY one instance on the LHS. Confirm if change has
    been
    observed
Now SELECT A DIFFERENT instance. confirm if change has been
