Error description

• The deploywsrr.py script fails with an error when the -prefix
  paramter is set.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• If a value other than an empty string is given to the -prefix
  parameter when running the deploywsrrapp.py jython script, the
  script will fail with the following error:

Problem conclusion

• An empty list was not checked for in the script when processing
  the prefix value. Passing this empty list to the WAS scripting
  environment resulted in the given error.
  
  A check has been added to avoid passing through an empty list.
  
  This fix is targeted for inclusion in fix pack 2 for WSRR v7.5.
