Error description

• When an event callback causes the deletion of rows that
  reference events this may cause the SSM to crash. An example of
  this is where an event might cause an agent Config table row to
  become active and the script deletes and creates rows that
  reference events.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The issue was caused when a configuration script was being   *
  * triggered by an event. This script was removing rows that    *
  * had event callbacks registered. This caused the callback     *
  * storage to become invalid and resulted in a core.            *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Update to SSM Fix Pack 13                                    *
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• Made the call back handling code handle the case where callbacks
  are removed.
