• An arithmetic expression containing min and max functions
  together doesn't return results after arControlWindow samples as
  it should.

  * An arithmetic expresion that contains a min function would   *
  * return results after arControlWindow samples.                *
  * Similarly an arithmetic expresion that contains a max        *
  * function would return results after arControlWindow samples. *
  * However if an arithmetic expresion contains both a min and   *
  * max function in a single expression, no results are returned *
  * until after 2*arControlWindow samples. This is incorrect it  *
  * should return results after just arControlWindow samples.    *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Upgrade to Fix Pack 12 for SSM 4.0.                          *
