When upgrade is run various plugins might be run as a result. The activity log stores information about which plugins are run. When the activity log is viewed the entries relating to the plugins are not meaningful.

Problem conclusion
The activity logger was updated to provide meaningful entries for plugins run during upgrade. This fix will be available in WSRR v7.5.0.1
