  ABSTRACT:             Incorrect time on FTO messages
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  FTO message KQM0001, KQM0002 and KQM0003 can have an incorrect
  timestamp
  value included in the message. This problem can occur outside of
  the US
  and EMA timezone.
  
  RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS:
  In an environment configured as if it were in Japan and with
  daylight
  savings time in effect, start the HUB and MIRROR. Look for the
  KQM
  messages indentified in this APAR. They will appear with the
  incorrect
  value.

Problem summary

• Incorrect time in Fault Tolerant Option messages.
  
  Certain Fault Tolerant Option messages can have an incorrect
  timestamp value included in the message.  This problem occurs in
  certain locales outside of the US and EMEA.  Examples of
  messages that may contain an incorrect timestamp value are:
     KQM0001, KQM0002 and KQM0003
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been updated to use an alternate method to obtain
  the current timestamp.
